Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at supportclient@kmaniche.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Cancellation Orders 

The customer has the right to cancel his order, if he does so after 24 hours, a fee will be charged to the customer. In this case, the customer has two steps to follow.

1- Cancel the order

After receiving the request, our system may take 10 business days to return the money to the customer's bank account

Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy usually takes 3 to 5 business days, once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation message in your email, within 48 hours we work on the Parkaging and shipping of your package, after sending your package you will receive an email confirming the shipment and the tracking number of your package. You will receive a notification upon delivery of the floor.
