Cancellation Policy
At Kmaniche, we aim to process your orders quickly so you can enjoy your skincare products as soon as possible. Because of this, we allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel, please email oilkmaniche@gmail.com with your order number and request. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still request a return after delivery by following our Refund Policy guidelines.
Subscription customers can cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Payments already processed for the current period are non-refundable.
Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy.
